I did put in the plans to be able to put in a demising wall to split up the building into 2 10k units.

If you can, build your interior walls with what is called “staggered studs” between the units separated by a marginal air gap.

They were clean, neutral colored walls with black appliances in one unit, and white in the other.  

I've pretty much settled on a light gray for all of the walls and white trim and ceiling. 

I'm starting reno on a 5 room unit that was once gaslight. 3 of the smallest rooms, the larger two being 70 sq ft, have no overhead lights. 2 have a wall sconce with a built in switch.

If the aplicant(s) fail to sign the rental agreement, fail to provide additional funds required for occupancy or does not take occupancy on the scheduled move-in date, this holding deposit will not be refunded to the applicant(s) and will be retained by the owner/manager.add places to sign, date and name all parties below etc.
