Do you know if you sell a RV if it falls under the Dodd/Frank regulations like mobile homes do? 

I wanted to do a cash out refinance but now I am being told that due to freddie/fannie regulations, I am not able to do this under residential because deeds are in the name of my LLC.  

I keep seeing "SEC" and "regulations" all over the place so I guess I need to read up on that.Would these same rules and regulations apply if the investors entered the deal as a partnership (LP, LLP,LLC)?

It's a growth regulator so when the eggs hatch they never mature into adults, which breaks their life cycle.

It seems as though if not now soon the tax regulations for llc will require payment of self-employment tax. 

If they are this sloppy with extremely simple corporate registration regulations, what lurks behind the curtain?

There are toooo many regulations that brokers have to follow. 

Frankly, that doesn't even make sense since the asset class innately includes concepts of real property in it's entirety plus all of the other concepts like title, accounting, bankruptcy, foreclosure and the oodles of regulations.
