First, I'd like to introduce myself to the community, and thank any and all who are able to provide guidance.  As alluded to in the Subject line, I'm crafting a business plan to form a Real Estate Investment Fund and will value any input the community is able to provide.  General direction is always welcome, but for the sake a brevity, any references regarding the following specialists will be greatly appreciated -- Locally recommended:

  • LLC Registration best practices
  • Real Estate Lawyers
  • Financial Advisors
  • Accountants

Least, but certainly not last, any information related to local meet-up opportunities will be welcome, as the first coffee will be on me. As my profile states, I currently work in CRE market research and would be happy to meet to discuss the local market. Cheers,

Sean F. Brennan
