Residential loan when deed is under LLC
I have several duplexes that I am trying to pull equity from. I wanted to do a cash out refinance but now I am being told that due to freddie/fannie regulations, I am not able to do this under residential because deeds are in the name of my LLC. Is this really the case? Is a commercial loan my only option? I know I could do residential if only it was in my name instead of LLC.
