Also is there any natural disaster we should keep in mind, is the city investor friendly, is that area growing etc are some questions I have in mind.

Take every opportunity that costs you nothing (like vacuuming your truck that you aren’t sure you can sell, even if just to show people) and you’ll only grow from it.

Hello, I am 18 years old and almost 19, The month turned 18 I got a secured credit card and next month there upgrading me to a unsecured card and Im looking to get another credit card so I build more credit, I have had the same job for a year, I have $26,000 in a brokerage, and about another $4000 in the coming months, and I grow on average 8%, when and where should I plan to be able to get a loan.

Essentially it would look like LLC > Land Trust > property.I would recommend you look into the Series LLC, as explained in this article, as you appear to be growing your operation.

Cash flow is great, however growing capital is also criticalAll the best... keep working it....

I am tired of the interest rate continuing to grow up to 5.25% this year and not cash flowing as well 975 in rents 520 for mortgage now with HOA and Water bill 180ish a month.
