While this can be an attractive feature it may mean that you can have trouble with septic systems, trouble in remodeling, trouble rebuilding if a property were to burn down.There are some beautiful homes on the Puget Sound near where I live.

If it burns, take the settlement and sell the lot and buy a different house.If you're working with someone who's trying to convince you this is a good deal based on the replacement costs, you need to find different people to work with.

I think it means that they don't mind working with a buyer who doesn't care that the agent is already working their a$$ off in this market burning gas going from house to house, busting their butt submitting offers just to be # 16 out of 35 offers already submitted and all the normal 'underpaid' labor buyer's agents have to do including applying for CO's, attending inspections and talking buyers out of canceling the deal.

The wole time I was watching that farce, all I could think was that I would like to burn that house to the ground, commit a hate crime against the project manager, and send A&E an invoice for my lost time.That show should be on between Jerry Springer and Maury Povich so the lowest common denominator of society can enjoy it.
