Real Estate Agent Splitting Commission
Hello Everyone!
I'm wondering whether it is common practice for a buyer agent to split the commission with the buyer? Does it mean anything when they do this? Is it advisable to consider this factor when looking for a buyer agent?
Thank you.

No, it is not common. If you find an agent that will, that means they are a newbie, or weak. You want neither one.
