If you want a cash flow house, get a cash flow house.This is like sitting at the poker table with 3 Jacks, but seeing face up in front of another player, they they have 3 Queens, and someone else has your 4th Jack, and you still keep adding to the pot.

Hi Robbie,Couple ideas.  1) Join a local MF meetup group or start your own - just network to see who is doing what, who the players are, learn your market, etc.2) Hire a coach and see how you can help them3) Two of the best ways to start getting into MF w/o a lot of capital is raising capital for others and learn from them.

Kathy has a radio show in LA  Jason has a pretty HUGE following on his pod casts etc etc.Then you have others who have created their own organic growth and don't really rely on marketers as much.when I first started funding turn key players in 2002 ..
