No, I have no stock in Insta-hang, but I just saw an ad on TV for the little gizzmo that drives in pins in walls to hang pictures.I required the use of pins in my units for years, I showed them how to drive or press them in at an angle to hang stuff.

Bill - if you have a lot of retirement funds and you are wanting to allocate some to RE... that is good... but if you only have 100,000 invested for retirement you might want to invest it in stocks and use non-retirement funds for RE investing.

I don't have any credit, but I also will graduate debt-free, so I am that much further ahead in that sense.I started "seriously" saving and investing my money around August when I opened a Roth IRA and started putting money in it every two weeks to invest in stocks, an index fund, and recently a couple of REITs.
