danny, not saying chris is wrong, but i wouldn't assume this approach will work unless you talk to the bank...i'm close to where chris invests, so when he chimes in on the bank, i'll look into it...that could be a very powerful member of the team if you could find a bank to do that...so far though, i havent seen this..anybody else???

We've ruled out a lot of homes simply by mapping with satellite feature and seeing what's around (quarry starting next street over, huge power lines, beautiful view of industrial complex, etc.)
