A W2 job will likely make it easier for you to obtain financing for your future house hacks.

I don't personally have any properties in Summerville, but I've run financing for a few investors in the last two months in the area and am happy to chat about what we're seeing. 

Eviction records are challenging as there is no clearing house for them like there is with say credit reports.

I've seen new houses built in 7 days from the day the foundation was cured but there was tons of planning which isn't counted. 

I used Zillow to list my rental and accepted someone's application however after my few interactions with them on the phone some major red flags have come up and I wanted to know am I under any legal obligation to rent my property to this person.
