. =) I am currently really interested in the brrrr strategy however, I do feel like getting my feet wet in any investing would be beneficial.

This past week I have learned a wealth of knowledge from all of you, I’ve spent countless late night hours reading numerous discussions, investing strategies and tips.

We have numerous rental properties and beach condo under an LLC, but we have not developed land from the ground up.

I just closed on a property yesterday in RI after analyzing over 2-dozen houses, and glancing at numerous more that I just threw away without even analyzing.  

We are pursing a foreclosed property in Rochester NY- which had numerous liens that we sorted our way through, along with an owner that skipped town.

I know I missing something as there are many of people that buy numerous properties and have to be well over their ratio also.Any input is helpful for this rookie.

I have read books, watched videos and purchased real good real estate courses but still need more understanding.I started out in wholesaling back then as I was told, that was an easy way to get my feet wet in real estate.

Gets your feet wet and it's not expensive to have 3.5% down.

After reading many BP books, listening to podcasts and watching videos, I finally got my feet wet in real estate after purchasing my first property.
