I'm at my best digging in on the analysis side (former defense analyst at the Pentagon).

I'd like to do some basic math on the classic loan of that time to see if it's even worth digging deeper on this property.

It seems like it would be easy for a tenant to dig themselves into too deep a hole.  

I am brand new to the REI game, but excited for it, and have been looking for options of financing my first flip without digging into my own pockets too much... 

This particular property was listed ambiguously on zillow as a 4 unit, but then digging around and google street maps revealed that it is in fact a 6 unit property, on a standard city lot, a 4 unit up front and a duplex perpendicular to it right behind it.

I am in Ridgefield and Eastern, CT is a bit far.I do thing there is some good prospects in Western, CT or Eastern, NY, but it looks like you have to dig more or be more patient in finding a deal.

I did a little digging in the PVA files and found out that the last appraisal was 10 years ago and the house appraised for $45,000.
