New (again) to real estate and investing. I got back into real estate as an agent with the main purpose of getting my brokers license and eventually my own company. As for investing, I've been in analysis paralysis and dreamer mode for nearly 20 years.....no more! I took the procrastinator in me behind the barn and killed it.

I'm at my best digging in on the analysis side (former defense analyst at the Pentagon). Few can match my intensity and dedication to a task. But like a freight train I'm slow at taking the first step but hard to stop once moving.

I am not your typical real estate agent. I want to help investors because I want to be one. My family's motto is "we do tough things" and our number one rule is "do the right thing for the right reasons." I'm here to make an impact and help people's lives not chase money. The money is always there but the people are what's important.
