many years ago, one servicer I had only had phone hours 9-6. 

Something he did that he said REALLY increased revenue was set up the phone to ring to the managers personal phone after hours.

It's obviously likely a different target demographic than the listings at Pacaso.https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/4...One caveat to their offering is it's early stage so their are some bugs to the platform's app, which is iOS only, Android app on the roadmap, and it's not web-based so you can only participate using the mobile app.

Several weeks later, I phoned the last guests to stay there, and they were shocked that it had been destroyed.

I do drive for dollar and found code violation property and I used batchlead to skiptrace and got 4 phones numbers and when I call the owner it ring for three time and said the number you have reached is disconnected.

Overall, it just comes down to getting on the phone and making connections!
