Code violation property
I do drive for dollar and found code violation property and I used batchlead to skiptrace and got 4 phones numbers and when I call the owner it ring for three time and said the number you have reached is disconnected. I call all 4 numbers they all said the same. I also take a picture of code violation notice and it has code enforcement officers number. What should I do at this point? Any insight 🙏.
