After months of reading, listening, and watching, I have decided on real-estate investing.

I have read multiple books, listened to hundreds of podcasts and networked with people who are actively investing in south and west Texas.

If I were in your shoes I'd be looking at my financing and seeing if something better is available right now.

Hi all, I’m fairly new to investing as far as deals under my belt but I have been listening to all the podcast on BP and countless books that have been recommended by the hosts and their guests, and plan to house hack this spring (triplex in NKY)but I’d like to take it a step further and meet with people in my market and be around people who share the same passion for real estate that I do.

Second, the best advice I can give you (as I did it) is to stay active, engage the community, read forum posts, listen to podcasts and stay motivated.
