Lastly, I always take good quality resolution photos to show what the property looks like both inside and out because most of my competitors don't upload photos (description only) or they upload blurry iPhone pics, I've had great success in beating my competition this way and hope this helps you out.Best,Garrett

Here's the real issue: "Wood rot from fungi is dangerous because of how quickly it can consume the bones of a building once it has come into contact with them, destroying the strength of lumber and in turn causing cracks, leaks, and overall structural damage."

My question would be why are you doing this, if the roof is leaking you can maybe get a new roof and improve the pitch some, but changing the entire roof does not seem feasible to me based on the limited info I have here.
