In any case I did find a couple properties that I felt matched what this property could be with excellent renovation along with capturing the amazing landscape and outdoor space this property has - not sure if you were able to see the actual address.  

Harder to destroy a property when landscape is taken care of and neighbors share at least one wall.

Renovated parts of the vacant unit and a bit of landscaping done.

More common sense than anything when you go beyond the typical things as mentioned such as pool, garage size, other things such as insanely upgraded landscaping, block built vs frame built, other rare features such as solar panels, etc etc
