Maybe in some cases there is a nice family with one troublemaker son...or maybe the children are lovely but the breadwinner is irresponsible with his money.

Also, Being able to inspire and help others, making a difference within my community, not stressing over bills, enjoy waking up early in the morning, and having purpose.You mentioned holding yourself accountable, this is huge, and has helped me grow tremendously.

Dave is practical and he is inspirational with his discipline.

We both work full-time with 2 small children, so don't have the ability to attend sheriff sales and other options, but can write letters when they sleep!

I actually still play with my children since they have the new electronic banking cards and 2million earned every time you pass go.

The owner on the title was deceased and the deceased owner had no children and also had no living siblings which meant we had to hire a genealogist to trace down the family tree and get to the people who legally sell us the property.

All of the advise and the community that is being built within this site is so inspiring.
