There are plenty of people who are good people who lack the education, capacity, ect to earn enough income to move to nicer areas but that does not mean they are not decent human beings who will take care of the property to the best of their ability.

I feel like when PM is also selling real estate, they will pay less attention to your property if a big deal/sale is coming up, it's just human nature to be healthily egoistic.PMs that OWN real estate of their own can be good, as long as they have just a few properties in your area, just enough to RELATE to the owner.

Did some research and it looks like vast majority of people who havent used them before have an immediate negative reaction.. worried about dust/grease/insects etc, and the vast majority of people who have used them actually like them and the fears are largely overblown (not surprising, human nature for most is to be afraid of change or different).
