I'd appreciate any advice or insight!

I am not very familiar with the town and trying to find insight or advice about the neighborhoods, which areas in town are good to purchase this type of property and opinions about Phoenixville as an area to invest in for a future rental.

We hope to start in Wholesale,  in order to gain capitol for moving into having 'passive' income through rental properties for a better life and retirement. 

They  sometimes foreclose in order to gain title and possession so that they can temporarily rent the property, though they have to take it to auction just like any other foreclosure.

And it sounds like you have a lot to gain by this deal.

I was hoping that someone from Virginia could give me some insight about this.Also, once the sale is scheduled, can the taxes still be paid to cancel the sale as late as the same day?

If you can pull public records, MLS records of prior listings, google maps, etc you can gain a bit of knowledge as to the property and neighborhood.

Everyone here is more than supoortive but also action oriented w/ their RE goals.As a broker this is platform is a great area to share and gain new info.  

I think of it this way, our loss is now out gain.
