Hi,A mortgage broker I was connected with through a realtor is telling me that I can't do a 1st position mortgage with an additional 2nd position private loan on a primary residence.  

Now they own only half of that, meaning that they have to surrender half of the cash flow to Cousin B.3.

That would cash flow much better than a LTR tower.

So wondering if anyone has been able to successfully file it in Freetaxusa/Turbotax, or is this something that cant be done through a software and we need specialized CPA to file it for us?
