My advise would be to find someone in your area that you can partner with for the first couple flips, someone that has experience and someone reputable.

These letters are vague but not vague enough for me to be comfortable with a denial.I am going to explore the have a medical professional sign my form route.

Just make sure you have reputable contractors and the resale value is correct.

The last thing I want is to ruin my reputation and not buy the house I say I'm going to buy.

Get a reputable company to come out and do an assessment (usually free).

I would probably be hesitant making offers that I think are ridiculous in order to maintain a decent reputation with other Realtors®.

Should I go through the title company and request to be charged at closing or is there a reputable 3rd party company that I should use instead?
