Not very exciting to say the least

Instead of fixing up for selling, with the current appreciation shown in the past several years, i believe holding the property and renting it out is the first step for joining the exciting world of real estate investing. 

Hey everyone, first post here, and I'm excited for any feedback I may get!       

,Right now, am just too excited to apply what I've learned so far in our training with the help of TTP of Brent Daniels.

Throughtout the year, the tenants have been consistently late in paying their rent and in Nov, they stopped paying.

@Justin Windham yes I’m super excited to develop all aspects.

I sold a property in Nov. 2019 where the closing was going to happen before the tenants had to be out.
