I have already brought up the variance in below grade vs. above grade sq. footage and we will be running the comps together until I can recite them in my sleep.Mark Ferguson I too think this could be a great deal, but I think with the excellent advice from my personal REI mastermind, I will be re-evaluating the deal and plugging in some new variables.

It's an inverse relationship, if rents are going down (remember I am in Houston, good economy) it's because people are going to be buying houses again, which inflates the value of the holdings so we can sell if we need.
