Does anyone know of any tools/websites that can help one to understand the macro economics of a real estate market?

I really don't like snow and this won't help my schedule I was ahead of schedule and was taking my time on this project because of the 90 day deed restriction but these last two weeks haven't been the best.has anyone else felt the effects of this snow storm on the east cost.

Loans are sort of like power tools - used correctly they can let you accomplish great things, but if you aren't careful you can get badly hurt.

Think about what is most (cost) effective and that will probably be giving the deadbeat a few of those Benjamins for the keys.

Just curious on others opinions. We have a house that's been for sale since October, realtor is asking if we want to lower price again since the traffic has been slow lately.
