Not showing up or responding when I'm trying to pick out tile and paint makes me unable to do my tasks as well, which I am doing to help move things along (technically I shouldn't have to do anything and just sit back after funding).Keep in mind I've done nearly all the demo, helped pipe conduit, directly managed clean up crew and roofers, sanded the wood floors, etc.

Wood will tolerate it better, but also not great. 

It looks like real wood (grooves in between planks, hand scraped feature, etc). 

Hi Eboni,While I don't have experience with your specific situation, I did build my current residence on a plot from the ground up, including dirt work and pulling trees.
