How to make profit on woodland areas?

Greetings BP, I currently have 45 acres and its in a wooded area (woodlands). I want to develop on it but not yet - I want to gain more capital - anyone have any ideas as to how I can make a profit with spending the least amount of capital? Note: The previous owners has already sold the "good trees."
