New member from Louisiana
Hello everyone!
I am a real estate investor and agent in the Central Louisiana area. My wife and I started our business in July 2015. So far, we have one Single Family rental and we are working on our first flip property that should be on the market in the next couple of weeks.
The goal is to flip 2-3 properties per year and build a rental property portfolio of 30 units by the time I'm 35 (currently just turned 32).
I got my real estate license in March and work for Keller Williams Realty. I decided that if I'm going to invest that I might as well get my license. I have found that I really enjoy that aspect of the real estate business as well.
I have listened to many of the podcast on iTunes and figured it was time to dive into the BP community. Look forward to learning more and more as well as connecting with others!
