Others will accept a proof of funds letter from a funding source (bank or transactional lender for example).So, that depends somewhat on where you are claiming to get your CASH from, since you are claiming to be a CASH Buyer (please don't take offense, but I doubt you have the cash at hand since you need to ask for this in detail).Most REO listing agents want to see that you are willing to cut a check to them for the amount of the earnest money; if you can't write that check, then that tells them about all they need to know.

Jimmy, I doubt that real slumlords are on BP, they are pretty busy, going to cityhall, the fire station, building regs. over to the jail to bond out a tennant, you know, just everyday landlord activities.The justification for what they do is cash flow.

Politically, if your non-profit is filling a need in providing homes for low and moderate income families and has done anything for the advancement of good will in the community, I doubt you'll find an attorney that would even represent a plantif against a non-profit.You can obtain funding through many different economic development programs from a municipal level all the way up to the national level.

Sam,Using Timbercret vinyl siding here,,its .046 thick,,,wish I could find some .050 (mill)thick.But the alberts site says done same way for hardi plank or other cement board productsSo many brand new houses are improperly flashed there windows and walls will fail in 10-15 years(and thats not very long).

Of NO value to a non-boat owner.So, I have no doubt than in the next market recovery, these properties are best returned to rightful owners - boat owners who want a small condo where there boat is docked so they can easily live there on weekends and vacations.
