I use yelp sometimes, but I feel the reviews are fake and sometimes promoted by the contractor.Thought that permit details, ex: no of open permits, number of failed inspections, etc is a better indicator of how good a contractor is.

One thing you can do with re-targeting is write a post on your website / blog, create an ad on social media promoting this post (fairly cheap traffic on Facebook), then run re-targeting from your blog post page.  

Although it's less risky to invest in an area with economic diversity, many people have had luck investing in towns near military bases.

I imagine the guests you get when you promote that aren’t exactly ideal. 

@Jerry W.I agree most gurus teach how to hide assets by using fake loans but Pat MarcoIs way of track on what is trying to tell people on Ultimate Asset Protection which he is promoting, and if I got Pat in on a deposition, I would tear his house of cards down in no time flat, and he says he is a lawyer, and he knows a deposition is under oath and lying he could lose his license?

I hope that is the case cause I'd hate to see you simply promoting companies for paydays.
