The filters I use are: 50-100% equitymortgage origination date older than 5 yrsnon-owner occupiedno corp or trust some sore city, county or zip code criteria.

I am holding liens on 3 properties from our Land Sale in July.The Notice to Redeem date is today,But yet they say the owner still has the time it takes me to get the deed in my name?

I've also found that the data can be a bit "hit or miss" (sometimes it's a bit outdated), depending on the county you're targeting, and this can definitely present some problems when it comes to direct mail campaigns.Luckily, they just added a feature that tells you which counties are covered and how current the data is (it literally shows the exact date it was last updated).

I am buying a single family property that a fellow investor/Real Estate agent has purchased as a foreclosure.
