I'm a new wholesaler in saint Petersburg,fl and I was in publix supermarket the other day and a realtor stopped me and gave me her business card cause she said it was what they had to do daily  give out their business cards I told her I was a realestate investor she said she works with the MLS and buyer and sales WHAT CAN I DO WITH THIS REALTOR AS A  WHOLESALER ASSIGNING CONTRACTS TO BUYERS,DO I NEED HER ON MY TEAM

I read  it daily as soon as I wake and I can say it has been the best thing that has ever happened to me and has brought many many people around me pertaining to my needs and goals in real estate without much effortAny others use this knowledge in life?

For this you should probably expect to pay a little more than if you were local on the ground and could track everything yourself on a daily basis - if someone has to do that work on your behalf, your gonna pay for it up front.

Find a local agent in your market, and ask him to add you to his daily listing for that niche/criteria in that market.

You should check out the post on here titled "The Dirty Truth about the Guru Programs"  to put it all in full context, though.I'd suggest going through the podcast archive and finding someone whose lead generation methodology sounds like something you can and will execute on a daily basis and then start creating your own system for executing that methodology.
