The partner I have in San Diego is very well connect, and she would be willing to help you out in any way possible even if it doesn't benefit her financially; it's always good to have friends in such an awesome area of the country.

My girlfriend and I are in college have been grinding away at our wholesale business to pay for college by the time we graduate (we are currently both undergrads), we are meeting with a very motivated seller today, we have no experience.... are also thinking about using seller financing not just wholesaling as our options.Question: our area is very dead in terms of REI it is a college town so there are a lot of rentals but almost no flippers, we have an extremely low population (we are in the north country in upstate new york) and no REI meetings within 60 miles.

Just went to court for an eviction for non payment I learned the paperwork process myself and am representing myself this time.

I should be closing on 1100sqft ranch in LaGrange in a  week and I'm awaiting court approval on one in St Matthews that should come this week also.

The negative ----- delinquent tax sales, foreclosures, vacant properties, rent court, housing court, devoices and any other situation where sellers have a problem that needs to be solved.Warning ----- don't be a predator..... help people with problems - solve their issues and you will benefit from the LAW of Prosperity  Consciousness.

Hi KevinI spent a month in New Zealand once-the most beautiful country.

I love to travel and have traveled extensively around the world - I've been to four continents and countless countries, I've climbed waterfalls (yes, that means going up against the water), kayaked with whales, and successfully avoided a police search party in Colombia (what happens in Colombia, stays in Colombia). 

I'll be out of the country May/June, but keen on the July meeting.
