Hi everyone,

A few months ago I took an online course on Udemy about real estate investing. In this course some guy named @Brandon Turner spent hours and hours talking about biggerpockets.com.  I liked the rest of his course and thought I'd check out the site. Boy, do I feel stupid now for paying for that course since everything he talked about (and then some) is here for free! I think Brandon owes me a refund.

Some basic facts about me. I live in San Francisco. I love to travel and have traveled extensively around the world - I've been to four continents and countless countries, I've climbed waterfalls (yes, that means going up against the water), kayaked with whales, and successfully avoided a police search party in Colombia (what happens in Colombia, stays in Colombia).

As you can imagine, all of that comes with bills. So I'm working on a 10-year plan to get to $432k in passive annual income from buy and hold properties to support my travels. Why $432k? I like that number. The plan isn't quite there yet, but I'm working on it. If you have any suggestions or want to help me with my plan or have awesome deals that can get me there, hit me up!

Oh, and I love chocolate!

Stan
