Clean guy, no pets, color of carpet is designed to not show dirt.

The feature basically shows a map and colors areas from dark green to dark red.

In addition, there are features I would change if I lived upstairs that would be untouched if I rented: mini blinds, cream/yellow paint color.

The index map is color coded from a low crime index to a very high crime index.

To be fair it was a 3k sf house with very bright paint colors that required multiple coat's but the 1st guy didnt even give me a bid becuase it was too small of a job and the 2nd guy was 14k plus 5k for carpet for lowes theres 20k right there.  

Your imaginary partner must show good cause to object, not the freaking color of the house, not it's location or even the obvious condition of the property!

I would add some color here and there for a bit more pop.

In my opinion, the TRULIA map was so accurate....you could even tell when the City was targeting improvement for certain neighborhoods because you'd see the map colors start shifting. 

But if I was able to pick up a few property's that need work in the not so desirable areas for a great price and made them stand out with a nice outside paint color and clean interior the chance for a good cash flow is there.

I am thinking about changing up the colors from the typical black and yellow signs I see all the time to make the stand out above all the others.
