Hi Tim, It's great to have an experienced investor like you on board.

First thanks for all of the post about Dodd Frank and it has my head spinning.In the past I have done some owner financing and L/O (with rent credits)I plan on doing more that 3 this year and I would like to know from people on this board how they are going to do their deals.

I'm hoping Zillow will get on board an ad a "save feature" someday.

Typically, foreclosures and short sales are what we've found.What's compounded the difficulty in getting this particular deal to move is the fact that the comps that we do pull up are literally all over the board ranging from $121K to $4M within a 2 mile area.Finally, the difficulty that we've also seen with the deal is that there is no real way to valuate assets such as HOAs, land value, or the amenities that are paid for every month by the owners/tenants.

I worked at The Chicago Board of Trade for almost 20 yrs as a clerk and a member.

she has a website called wealthyheiress : she reports to be having a bootcamp in LA that rivals David Lindahls course and bootcamp....but on other re boards she is touted as having been in Jail for Mail fraud and such thus making her discredited as an educator in my eyes much like WADE COOK!
