It is just the act of getting the big tanks down there and the old ones out, and the fear of having one leak and cause havoc without anyone knowing then having to deal with that liability.The biggest problem here is trying to figure out how to charge the tenants, etc. 

This is one of the biggest government-backed scams around. 

The reason is because there’s a law in California that prohibits County Assessor’s Offices from posting the home address of any elected or appointed officials (i.e. members of the legislature, City Attorneys, District Attorneys, Public Defenders, Police Chiefs and Sheriffs, federal judges, etc) on the internet.

The biggest recommendation I have for a new investor is to choose the right people to work with.

But I tend to disagree with his position that we as agents on BP should tell ourselves that our biggest source of leads to build a 6-Figure Business is the Premium membership, especially for those like me who are in smaller markets.

With the internet at everyone's fingertips its sometimes gets a bit much seeing all of the information out there and I would love to have discussions to see everyone's experiences in the industry so far.
