At this point, it's unreasonable that you expect the lender to take the entire loss while you profit from this deal.In fact, not only is it unreasonable, but I'd be willing to bet that the short sale agreements you sign will preclude you from legally regaining possession of the properties short-term.

Not just real estate but:1. a grouping of properties f&c2. a grouping mortgaged to the hilt(this hedges my bet both on inflation and possible continued deflation)3. significant cash- minimum 6 months supply for anyone and more for those capable of reserving more cash4.
