I was just about to go online and find the local REIA, but I came to BP first and because I set up a key word alert for "Miami" your question popped up.I am very much in the same phase of this cycle as you are: researching and educating myself on the basics of REI.

I guess I could have put a bedroom downstairs but the house is open concept and almost a perfect square so I feel that it would have been very awkward.

USLeadlist is great. the problem is going to be getting the territory you want because like Pro Basic said a lot of territories are locked up.

I'm wondering if someone from this forum ready to guide me basics of RE and what needs to be done to grow myself.I live in San Jose,CA , working as IT engineer but want to enhance my career in Real Estate.Thanks for your help in advance.

I would think that concept along swings the odds into your favor, you just have to find the local bank that will do the loan.Good luck.
