I have a few boxes of clothes I'm getting rid of.

You can target under the "finance section" for possible first time buyers, just engaged, salary, net worth, or having a baby.

The millennials can’t afford to buy the assets of the baby boomers.  

They become babies and they revert back to the TESTING PHASE.

All clothes need to be washed and dried on hot & bagged up, furniture checked, clutter eliminated etc... the thought of trying to get 12 different families who have enough trouble understanding me as it is to coordinate all this gives me a migraine. 

However the tenants will also have to take every piece of cloth they own....clothes, blankets etc. and wash them, run them through a dryer a few times on the highest heat and then put them into sealed plastic bags for storage.

One 6 plex is nice, but steep on price, the other 2 would see better cashflow, but might not attract ideal tenants and might require a bit more baby sitting. 

Yes, I might wear a nice watch and name brand clothes...

In my free time I love having all 4 of girls, fur babies,  in my lap or out watching them run in the yard.  

I gave notice of move-out on January 4th that I will move out on Feb 28th.We had a baby in December end.
