Storage building?

Yesterday I closed on an 11 unit storage facility.

yes I definitely think the trade-off between losing some closet space but gaining a washer and dryer in the unit itself has proven itself much more appealing to somebody looking for an apartment, and they definitely pay more to have the washer and dryer over closet storage space

House is situated on a large lot, with the option to add parking, laundry and storage downt he raod.

I fixed a whole pile of issues from a new expansion tank, to replacing electrical breakers, to fixing slow drains, all in under an hour. 

That just seems like a bad idea to me - sewer systems work off gravity, in every case I've ever seen - and my understanding is that even when there's septic tanks at work.  

I made sure my realtor added to our offer that we have the right to conduct an inspection and an oil tank sweep.It really does suck that banks can cancel at any time.

Likewise furnaces are going to give you about 30-40 years, hot water tanks about 15 & you want to get a home that's had the electrical updated to breaker panels.

I'm not sure of the legality surrounding storage rentals.

I've thought of buying a few airstreams to Airbnb, building a tiny home to rent out, storage units, or pouring a few slabs for RV/Mobile homes.
