Caution; if you look at "Why would a Seller do a Wrap" they mention to obtain a price that is even higher than the market, this directly contradicts the predatory lending/dealing aspects of federal and Texas laws and municipalities in Texas, San Antonio, DFW, Austin and perhaps other cities, as such include over pricing as being a predatory practice.
