We buy small and medium multi-families from Oakland Park north all the way to Vero Beach so likely any rehab would involve multiple units.

Hi,I was wondering if some of the brokers and property managers of BP could enlighten me regarding the differences between the West Palm Beach Century Village area (not CV itself but the surrounding area)  and Greenacres /intersection of 809/882 area.Are there big differences between the 2 areas or once you get further away from the coast it's all the same?

You might be better off leaving it as a 2/1 and using that $38K for a down payment on a new rental.the 1500 includes taxes and insurance and this property could make a good air bnb, it has a lake view and is 10 mins from the beach.

In my market, they're still here strong but we're seeing the demand for being in "fun" areas - close to the beach, historic communities, walkable locations.
