How much does the property management co charge?

I bought a home in Colorado Springs that I bought on a short sale back in 2011.

Anyone know of a good lawyer who has dealt with real estate deals? Preferably in Brazoria County or South Harris County?

I inherited my mother's home last summer, and have had an excellent tenant in that property since June (currently managed by a local property management co).

We know a great young guy who owns a roofing co, but has been investing in MF in Lancaster city.

@Paul Olesen - I don't have extensive experience with real estate in Waukesha Co besides owning my own property in the far northern part of the county.

I've just sent out regular printed letters (in hand-addressed envelopes) to executors of estates that were filed since Jan 1, 2014 in the probate courts of Cook Co. and the surrounding counties.

The HUD-1 will look like you are paying an additional $7000 but seller will give you a certified check for this amount to cover those fees prior to settlement made out to the title co.
