In your experience,  what were the issues with class C?

I am working on a product that will help small-medium size landlords launch and maintain Internet presence at a small monthly cost without spending big budget on custom development.It will include: SEO, custom domain, direct syncing with your property management software, syncing with QB. 

As for being willing to move anywhere have you listened to the recent podcasts with Austin Wolff? 

I use the term safe harbor - meaning if there ever is issues with it then the attorney you drafted it is gonna have to defend it.

It will be managed by a behavioral health company that guarantees a house manager, so I am shielded from any issues with the tenets.

We have had really good luck with "dummy cameras" and signs.  

Is it recommended to start with a SFH or is it manageable to begin with a Multi unit home or complex?
