If your question is along the lines of what job will yield the most income, that's dependent on you're skills, location, experience, etc.

I think the first step in deciding whether or not to do all the work yourself is to ask yourself if you have all the skills needed to do the full remodeling.

Definitely a skill.

Not to mention it will give you some hands on experience/training, so when the time comes for you to scale up now you have some operational skills you can use to your advantage.

SFH with BRRRR and some early house hacking worked for us, however deals may exist in other avenues - and those deals need to be 'synced' up with your skill-set and financing situation, as well.....

Do the key partner's skill sets complement each other well?

Being in BD, my networking skills are pretty good and have always been told I would be great with real-estate by friends and family.

I'm concerned some people may not have access or skills to e-sign the lease.

I would say that greater involvement necessitates a higher level of skill and expertise.

Networking is vital here.
