You could try a suction cup mount like this:http://www.amazon.com/Panavise-809-Camera-Window-Suction-Cup/dp/B000246ST6Numerous other choices, depending on the size of your camera.Keep in mind an HD video camera is only 2 megapixels where most point and shoots are 8-12 MP and pro DSLR cameras are in the 16-18 MP range.

The property I acquired has accordian shutters over all windows and doors with a key lock but no key.
