Not impossible but very few...and then to find one in the right price range where the numbers work is challenging to say the least.Mostly I see ADU in the M and L streets area and prices are not cheap there...or otherwise in tough areas and more makeshift ADU type setups.   

Pricing a loan is contingent on your middle FICO, the property type, if the product still exists (what if you do a DSCR and in the future the "bank" no longer offers them?)

With this type of financing you won't need to worry about self sufficiency or any income restrictions.

I also ask how much they smoke, type and number of animals they have and number of people.
